I can't use keyboard operations

Hello! While using Musecore, I used to be able to use keyboard operations with the letters N, 1, 2, 3,... to write music as quickly as possible. But now I can't use that feature, even the shortcut keys with Cmd+... can't be used. Can you guide me how to enable or fix that feature? Thank you very much!
